Eileen Kim, a 21-year-old student at Chapman University in Orange, Calif. shows her jubilance at winning the 2019 Miss Culver City title on Feb. 23 in Gardena. Kim captured the crown at the 87th annual Miss Los Angels County and 32nd Miss Culver City Pageants. This is the preliminary to the Miss California/Miss America Competition. The local pageants executive committee were led by Ken and Cowas Rockey.
