Culver City Sister City Committee President Nancy Perdomo and Vice President Kathleen McCann flank Sister Cities International President and CEO Roger-Mark De Souza at the annual SCI Conference in Aurora, Colo. Joining them at the conference was Isabella Bustanoby, who was this year’s winner of the local SCI Young Artists and Authors Showcase, and who was a finalist in the national competition.
