Culver City Councilman Göran Eriksson serves as 2018-2019 treasurer for the Independent Cities Association. As a member of the ICA Executive Board, Eriksson and other officers were sworn in by Gardena Mayor Tasha Cerda at the Oct. 26 installation ceremony in Gardena.
