The Holiday Season again found us in Downtown Culver City for the annual lighting of the Christmas Tree and the Holiday Mixer thrown by the Culver City Chamber of Commerce. The orchestra is a member. The mixer was at the historic and beautiful Culver City Hotel, and the lighting took place in the adjacent plaza.
It was a cold night, but filled with the Joys of the Season. From the Arts, Business and Government worlds of Culver City we met friends and associates old and new. This can be a special time of year.
We share some photos below: One is from the mixer inside the hotel looking into the plaza, and the rest are in the plaza where the Christmas Tree shone in blazing glory.
To add to the evening’s specialness, a crescent Moon and Venus were neatly framed within the plaza, and appear above the head of the Lion’s statue.
