Next week Culver City high school students will be back on campus attending classes. Students on the athletic teams are already on campus getting ready for their seasons.  Although players from all sports are practicing, athletes that participate in fall sports are getting ready for their season to start in a few weeks.

Cross Country, boy’s water polo, girls’, volleyball, girls tennis, and football are working hard to represent Culver City high school and the community on and off the field at the highest level.  Coaching plays a very important part in the development of good teams and the high school has some of the best coaches in the CIF Southern Section thanks to Athletic Director Tom Salter.

Salter’s lengthy athletic background allows him to be able to hire the best coaches for Culver City. Cross Country coach Tom Fritzius, boy’s water polo coach, Nestor Dordoni, girls volleyball coach, Tanner Siegal and girls tennis coach Phil Rothenberg are some of the best coaches in Southern California.
