The Culver City Police Department announced this week that it has arrested one individual for human trafficking charges following an investigation into suspected commercial sex trafficking activity occurring within the city.

“Detectives initiated the investigation after receiving information from an anonymous source regarding a possible commercial sex operation operating locally,” they said in a statement. “Detectives conducted a comprehensive follow-up investigation, which led to the identification of a location believed to be involved in illegal activity.”

“On February 26, 2026, at approximately 11:45 a.m., Culver City Police Detectives served a search warrant on the 10300 block of Culver Boulevard. During the operation, detectives arrested a female adult believed to be orchestrating the illegal activity at the location. She was booked for Human Trafficking.”

“During the service of the warrant, detectives safely located and rescued four victims of sex trafficking. Victim services resources were immediately provided, and investigators are working to ensure the individuals receive appropriate support and assistance.”

“Additionally, two adult males were cited for suspicion of engaging in prostitution.”

“The investigation remains ongoing as detectives continue to gather evidence and identify any additional individuals connected to this operation.”

“The Culver City Police Department encourages anyone with information related to human trafficking or suspected exploitation to report it to law enforcement. Community tips play a critical role in identifying and protecting victims.”
