Cellist Erin Akamine, a junior at Culver City High School, performs with other musicians Sunday at the Okinawa Bazaar in Gardena. Akamine is a member of CCHS Academy of Visual and Performing Arts. She has been playing the cello for about 6 years. The Okinawa Bazaar was organized by the Okinawa Association of America, and is currently the only Okinawa-focused festival in Southern California, OAA officials said.
