Spring officially starts on March 20, but the Culver City High School Centaurs have already started their spring sports season. The baseball, girls and boys golf, girls and boys lacrosse, softball swimming, boys tennis, girls and boys track and field and boys volleyball are ready to compete.

The Centaurs are hoping to duplicate what the winter sports team did, and advance to the CIF playoffs. All five winter sports teams made it to the big dance and the spring teams have the talent and coaching to make that a reality.

The Centaurs face Torrance on Saturday, February 28, at 10 a.m. and West Torrance on Thursday, March 5, at 3:15 p.m. Both games will be on Culver City’s home field. (Photos by George Laase)
