The Culver City Friends of the Library will honor Albert Vera Jr. of Sorrento Italian Market and the City of Culver City (to be represented by Susan Obrow) during its annual meeting and installation dinner Friday, Jan. 20 at the Culver City Julian Dixon Library, 4975 Overland Ave., Culver City.
The event starts at 6:30 p.m. and will be catered by Viva Fresh.
Incoming board members to be installed are Steven Wieber, president; Marion Joy, vice president; Susannah Baxendale; Wanda Anesh, treasurer; Aileen Zeidman, Michael Laase and May Jung, program co-chairs; Joanne Seltzer and Patty Krause, membership co-chairs; Roz Henderson, publications chair; Wayne Pulliam, book sale chair; and Nancy Kuechle and Elaine Hirohama, presidents emeritus.
