CCPD located a white Husky with a grayish colored head. The dog was found Sunday on Harter Avenue south of Braddock Drive at approximately 3 p.m.
The dog only had a metal chain around its neck and is now safe at CCPD. The police department would like to locate its owner and return the dog to its home.
The dog is going to be taken to the SPCA located at 12910 Yukon Ave. in Hawthorne if not claimed. SPCA can be reached at (310) 676-1149.
