Director and Board Secretary Scott A. Houston; Heather Repenning, Director of External Affairs at Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Office; Director and Board President Gloria D. Gray; and Director and Board Treasurer Harold C. Williams were sworn into their elected positions. The installation ceremony was hosted at the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility on Friday, Jan. 23. Repenning presneted congratulatory proclamations from the L.A. Mayor Gil Garcetti’s office and presented them to Houston, Gray and Williams.
