Hey guys, it’s Arya again! I’m super excited about attending the Taste of the Nation event in Culver City on May 4, especially because it’s a chance to support the amazing program No Kid Hungry!

As a 5th grader who absolutely loves food, this event is like a dream come true! Last time, meeting Chef Stephanie Izard was incredible because her dishes were out of this world in last year’s event. She was also incredibly easy to talk with. I also really enjoyed chatting with Chef Mary Sue Milliken, she is a legend. This year, I’m really looking forward to meeting Chef Brooke Williamson. I’ve been a huge fan of hers since watching her on Top Chef, cheering her on every step of the way, and I’ve even had the chance to eat at her restaurant Playa Provisions too!

It’s not every day you get to meet your heroes, and to do it while tasting delicious food and helping a great cause like No Kid Hungry is just the best – because, of course, no kid should be left hungry. Your attendance means support for fighting childhood hunger,  so I hope to see you there!

The details are: May 4, 2024, 1 to 4 p.m. at Media Park, 9070 Venice Blvd., Culver City. For more information visit Taste of the Nation.
