In our article from the June 12 Culver City News issue, the information states that other local governments have banned e-cigarettes just like Culver City. In reality, the City of Culver City does not actually have an e-cigarette ban. However, members of the City Council did ask for additional information about e-cigarettes in order to consider whether or not to include banning the use of e-cigarettes in places where smoking bans already exist, such as parks and outdoor dining areas.  In addition, the City Council will discuss whether to include a ban on e-cigarettes in a proposed ordinance to regulate smoking in multi-unit housing.  Both of these items are tentatively scheduled to be considered by the City Council during its meeting on July 14.
