SixPax, self-described as an old-school gym, is a place where the community can come together to reach their fitness goals by inspiring each other through the spirit of competition and camaraderie. On the 28 of June, a few of community members represented Culver City and competed at one of the biggest bodybuilding, physique, figure and bikini championships, the ‘NPC West Coast Classic.’

SixPax’s underlying philosophy emphasizes the journey through perseverance, effort and uncom- promising dedication. Boszko, Peckhem and Fashi trained very hard in addition to observing highly restricted diets with limited caloric intake. The com- bination of hours of cardio and healthy eating allowed the men the capability to step on stage and repre- sent Culver City and SixPax. The Six Pax ideology is focused on dedicated hard work, blood, sweat and tears so that the results can speak for themselves.

Tip for all Culver City Residents: Stop eating car- bohydrates like rice, bread, potatoes and chips after 5 p.m. Take a brisk walk around your beautiful Culver City neighborhood for thirty minutes each day and become pleasantly surprised at the result in a matter of a week.

Give it a try.
