Desmond and Lisa Lewis Burns will host a meet-and-greet for Scott Zeidman, Culver City school board president and candidate for re-election. The event will be held at the Burns’ home, 3938 Bentley Ave., Culver City, on Sunday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., with light snacks, coffee and lemonade on tap.
Zeidman has been endorsed by more than 500 residents, as well as all five members of the Culver City City Council, all five members of the Culver City Unified School District School Board, State Sen. Curren Price, State Assemblyperson Holly Mitchell (D-Culver City), six former school board presidents and eight former Culver City mayors.
All residents are welcome to attend and discuss anything with Zeidman, including the changes in Culver City schools over the past four years and his thoughts for the future of the school district.
