Downtown Culver hosts pop-up vaccination clinic

The City of Culver City will host a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Culver City Fire Station #1 at 9600 Culver Blvd. No appointment is required. The Culver City Fire Department will administer the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which only requires a single dose.

You have to be at least 18 to get vaccinated for COVID-19 at this clinic. If you are between the ages of 12 and 18, you can easily find a different clinic online.

You don’t need to be a Culver City resident. No appointments are required and walk-ups will be accepted.

It is not required, but if you are able to, please register online for this event, or for any other convenient vaccination clinic. You do not need any special code or link to register.

It is easy to walk, bike or scoot to the vaccination clinic. The clinic is inside Fire Station #1 (9600 Culver Boulevard, at Irving Place).  Enter Fire Station 1 through the front door, then look for the posted signs.

Fire Station #1 is easily accessible to the Culver CityBus Line 1. Exit the Eastbound bus at the Washington Boulevard/Lafayette Place stop. Exit the Westbound bus at the Culver Boulevard/Main Street stop.

If you need to drive to the vaccination clinic, one hour of free parking is available nearby at City Hall (9770 Culver Boulevard). Enter the underground parking from Duquesne Avenue. Visitor spaces are on the Level P-1, near the elevators.

If you have any questions about the event, please email Culver City Fire Captain Daniel Dobbs or call 310-253-6000.
