Lily Apodaca, 3 ½, of Los Angeles, has the Queen Elsa character of the film “Frozen,” painted on her cheek at this year’s Fiesta La Ballona. Her mom, Lora was a 2008 CCHS grad, and grandma Judy Groves is an alum from CCHS class of 1976.
