Nancy Goldberg, candidate for Culver City’s school board, recently received endorsements from several current and former elected officials, including current school board members Karlo Silbiger, Patricia Siever and Steve Gourley – a former Culver City mayor. Former mayor and current city councilman Christopher Armenta, as well as former mayors Paul Jacobs, Gary Silbiger and Dr. James Boulgarides also endorse Goldberg.

Former school board presidents Jessica Beagles-Roos, Mike Eskridge and Dr. Wanda Boulgarides cited their enthusiasm for Goldberg’s candidacy. Former school board president Barbara Honig, also serving as an honorary chairperson of the campaign, stated that she is confident Goldberg will be a valuable member of the school board.

The election is November 8. Goldberg’s kickoff event will be on Sunday, July 31 at the home of honorary chairs Michael and Judy Bauer, 10676 Esterina Way, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
