This year, Culver City residents will need to cut up their Christmas trees and dump them in a yard waste container if they want the city to remove them. According to the city’s website,
Residents who want to recycle their trees “may place their cut-up tree in the yard waste collection container.”
The site further asks that residents, “Please remove tinsel, ornaments and stands from the tree.”
