This FREE small business webinar will focus on two federally funded programs that assist small businesses with hiring and training costs.
- The “On the Job” (OTJ) Training Program is a federally funded hiring program that reimburses 50% of the employee’s salary for their training/on-boarding period for up to 300 hours.
- The “Earn to Learn” program supports and trains formerly incarcerated individuals to gain valuable work experience with sponsorship and full cost subsidy from JVS for up to six weeks.
