The COVID-19 pandemic made it clear that we need to proactively prepare, now, for the next major natural disaster or emergency. The next life-altering event could be “the Big One,” an earthquake so large that it disrupts our way of living in the LA area for weeks, months, or even years.
I’m joining Assemblymember Adrin Nazarian and renowned seismologist Dr. Lucy Jones to host an Earthquake Preparedness Webinar Dec 7th at 7:00 p.m., where we’ll discuss the next big Southern California earthquake and what we can do as renters, homeowners, and community leaders to prepare ourselves and our neighbors.
