The Los Angeles Dodgers will have to wait until next year to win the World Series because the St Louis Cardinals beat Dodger ace Clayton Kershaw 3-2 last Tuesday. Kershaw is 1-5 in the post season and four of the losses are to the Cardinals. The Cardinals took the best of five series three games to one.
On Tuesday Matt Adams hit three run home run in the bottom of the seventh to put the Cardinals ahead. The Dodgers had a great season finishing first in the Western Division six games ahead of the Giants. The Dodgers need to keep the same team together and don’t panic. Rome was not built in a day.
They still have the best pitching staff in baseball and they have some outstanding hitters on their roster. If they stay healthy they will be back in the playoffs in 2015.
