Fri, Oct 08 2010 06:55 PMI hate to pick just one category, because I look forward to the whole thing. I have kept the Best of Culver City papers every year and referred to them for just about everything. I have found doctors, massage therapists, manicurists and dog groomers in your Best of Culver City. But, I must admit that I like trying new restaurants most of all. A girl has to eat, right?

Fri, Oct 08 2010 09:51 AMI look most forward to reading "Raising Mommy", by Maryann Castronovo. We have never met, but I feel that I know her through the her words about life's trials, common to so many people, particularly in their 30's, 40's, and 50's. Her honesty, compassion, and sense of humor are welcome in dealing with many of the tough situations we all face at some point.
The name, "Raising Mommy" is limiting, however. Her column could easily be called, "Raising Mom, Dad, Siblings, Kids, Grandparents, Friends, and Community Members"!
I encourage anyone who hasn't read her column to give it a try; it's a real treat.

Sat, Jan 08 2011 11:22 AMI look forward to reading when the people of Culver City stop electing /selecting Stupid, Ignorant and Greedy people who do not have a clue or maybe just do not care about the problems affecting our kids education and well being. Before I get accused of calling names I will clarify the statement Stupid, Ignorant Greedy is as SIG does.
