On May 2, at Culver City Education Foundation’s Tribute to the Stars event at Sony Pictures Studios, CCEF will be honoring the volunteers from Culver City Unified School District’s schools.
The volunteers to be honored include Jolene Niwa from El Marino; Bunny Saavedra-Leslie from El Rincon;?Nancy Shin from Farragut; Scott Kecken and Nanora Thompson from La Ballona; Ashoo Jain from Linwood Howe; Dina Wahlert from Culver City Middle School; Larry Zeidman from ?Culver City High School; Angela Dyborn from Culver Park High School and Anne Santo from Culver City Adult School.
Congratulations to all the wonderful helping hands.
CCEF also announced Lise Friedman as the Paula and Tom Wilson Shining Star Award winner for 2015. A former CCEF Board Member and a past president, Friedman will be honored this year. CCEF would like to congratulate Friedman for an honor that is well deserved.
