7th Annual Citizens’ Police Academy has new graduates

The Culve City Police Department congratulates the graduates of the 7th Annual Citizen’s Police Academy.

The Citizen’s Police Academy is an eight week program designed to educate residents and local citizens on various aspects of law enforcement. Some of the goals of the program are to dispel the major misconceptions about police work, and to encourage communication and interaction between the public and their police department. Graduates of the academy leave with a better understanding of police work and law enforcement in general to share with the community.

Graduates of the Summer 2014 program include: Peggy Cullinane, Doctors Janet and Charles Hoult, Kerri Payne, Jonathan Melrin, Carol Kramer, Mustapha Malki, Ko Ko Naing, Shellie Dispirito, Guinn Davis, Christine Pechera, Leslie and Ron Ostrin, Karim Sahli, Frank Keister, David Voncannon, Jaime Naylor, Michelle Lachoff, Bryan Thomsland, Marke Limatainen, Lena Wolter, Debrah Wallace and Goran Eriksson.
