Local public TV station KCET will feature Culver City landmarks on an upcoming episode of California's Gold.

Show host Huell Howser met with the News columnist and city historian Julie Lugo Cerra and toured several city landmarks, including the Veterans Memorial Building and its impressive tower. Howser also visited the Culver City Historical Society's Archive and Resource Center, where Costume Curator Louise Coffee-Webb familiarized Howe with some of the city's MGM costume collection. Howser and his crew also stopped by the Culver Hotel and discussed the building's illustrious history with general manager Douglas Netwon.

The episode will air on KCET on Thursday, Sept. 23 and again Friday, Oct. 15, both at 7:30 p.m.
