It’s time to break out those old leg warmers and jazz shoes and hoof it over to the Robert Frost Auditorium to see Culver City High School’s Academy of Visual and Performing Arts’ spirited rendition of “A Chorus Line,” which will show March 6, 7, 13 and 14 at 7 p.m. and March 8 at 1 p.m.

One of the longest-running shows on Broadway, “A Chorus Line” depicts the story of seventeen hopeful Broadway dancers, auditioning for a show, telling their own dramatic, poignant and funny stories through song.

Directed by Jill Novick, with musical direction by Tony Spano, Jr., this production features not only students on stage and in the orchestra, but in all aspects of technical theater as well.

General admission tickets are available at the box office before each performance. Premium Reserved Seats are available through the CCHS/AVPA website: www.avpa.org. Special discount rates apply for ASB members, children, senior, and faculty.  Note to parents: the show contains some mature subject matter.
