Big rig jackknifes near Culver City freeway exit

As many as four people may have been injured 24 when a sedan and a big rig collided in Culver City, causing the big rig to jackknife and causing the car to become partially stuck under the big rig, the California Highway Patrol said.

The accident was reported at 2:55 a.m. on the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway at Washington Boulevard, according to the CHP.

The CHP shut down all but the slow lane for about 30 minutes to clear the car and jackknifed big rig, officials said.
