The Lindberg Park Neighborhood Watch group honored Assistant Chief Ron Iizuka on Feb. 28 for his 20-plus years of service to the Lindberg Park group. From left, are Capt. Sam Agaiby, Capt. Jason Sims, Asst. Chief Ron Iizuka, Chair Dr. Ira Diamond and Lt. Troy Dunlap. Diamond met the asst. chief approximately 20 years ago and expressed his appreciation to Iizuka for his guidance, encouragement, and direction in developing a stronger neighborhood watch group.
